Our Young Professionals Program is one of the most attractive in the industry: a development circuit where new talent sets energy into motion. Over 18 months, participants navigate tailored activities designed to explore TGN, master the business end-to-end, and grow in a high-demand technical environment.

Onboarding & Induction
Understanding the company, culture, operations, and main challenges.
Department & Initial Project
Assignment to a team and an initial project, learning through real-world execution.
1 to 3-month Rotations
Across various departments and locations to gain a broader operational view.
Ongoing Development
One week per month dedicated to technical skills and professional growth, including VR and AR experiences.
Continuous Mentorship
