Our activity is regulated and controlled by ENARGAS. We provide our services following the regulatory standards in force and the best practices of the industry, in compliance with the obligations contracted with our clients.
CSAS Policy (Quality, Safety, Environment, and Health)
We have a Quality, Safety, Environment and Health policy, which constitutes the general reference framework for conducting our activities and defining our objectives, goals and operating strategies.
Integrated Management System
Through the Integrated Management System (IMS), we define the processes and methodologies to be followed in our day-to-day operations, based on the requirements of certified standards, under a continuous improvement approach.

Our certifications

ISO 45001:2018

The ISO 45001 certification expresses the level of global excellence achieved by TGN in terms of health and safety in the workplace throughout its operation. Through a preventive approach and the adoption of best practices, we keep under control all those factors that can endanger the physical and mental health of our employees, creating a safe and healthy work environment.

ISO 14001:2015

The ISO 14001:2015 certification reflects our commitment to the management of all environmental aspects that may result from our activity, aligned to an internationally recognized standard. With sustainable development as our guiding principle, this certification confirms the inclusion of environmental management in TGN’s business strategy and the responsibility assumed by the entire organization, from top management to employees.

ISO 9001:2015

The ISO 9001:2015 certification is a recognition of TGN’s excellence in quality management. It reflects our efforts and capabilities to offer an efficient and high quality service, maintaining consistency and complying with the legal and regulatory requirements that govern our activity. This certification confirms our firm commitment to customer satisfaction, the total involvement of the entire organization and our focus on processes and continuous improvement.

ISA 18.2 y 101

The international standard ISA 18.2 establishes requirements and best practices for the design, implementation, operation and maintenance of alarm systems in process industries. ISA 101 defines guidelines for the design and implementation of effective and ergonomic human-machine interfaces (HMI) in industrial process automation systems. Together, both standards contribute to improved decision making, operational efficiency, error reduction and operational safety. TGN was awarded both certifications from mCloud, through Kevin Brown, Alarm Management Solution Leader at mCloud and Leader of the 18.2 and 101 standards review committee at ISA.
